How long does treatment last?

Results can last 6-18months. The duration depends on many factors such as the treatment area and type of dermal filler.

Are there any adverse effects?

Inflammatory reactions such as redness, swelling, itching, discomfort and bruising can occur following a dermal filler. These reactions may last a few hours, days and in some cases a week.

Do I need to take a skin test?

A skin test is not required. Neuramis products do not contain any animal derived ingredients.

How long will it take before i see results ?

You may see some effects within 3 days however maximum effect can be seen 2 weeks post treatment. These results typically last between 3-4 months.

Once i start treatment, do i have to continue?

No, you do not need to continue receiving treatment and you will not age any faster because you have stopped, as muscle relaxants are not permanent. The affected nerves sprout new endings around 3 months, so a working connection between nerve and muscle is re-established. Meaning if you choose to not retreat, the natural ageing process will just continue.

How do i care for my skin post treatment?

Do not rub the treated area for 12 hours following treatment, for example no facials, eyebrow waxing or massage.

Do not lie completely flat for 4 hours immediately following treatment.

Avoid strenuous exercise for example running or aerobics.
